As a valuable member of the Sales and Marketing team, she acts as a trusted advisor to customers, assessing their communication needs and implementing cutting-edge technological solutions to achieve optimal outcomes. Brittany is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service. Brittany has extensive experience overseeing a wide array of business accounts throughout East Texas. Her portfolio includes managing accounts for school districts, county offices, city offices, and medical facilities, among many others. Originally from the small town of Big Sandy, Brittany has embraced Gilmer as her home since 2008. Outside of work, Brittany, together with her husband Jason, raises their teenage son. They cherish family time together and you can often find them volunteering at local Civil Air Patrol events with their son, camping at a local state park or planning their next traveling adventure.
