ETEX would like to thank you for your loyal patronage to our company. We regret to announce as of March 11, 2013, ETEX will no longer provide mobile wireless services. Going forward, ETEX will continue to offer you the best products and services for landline phone, digital TV, internet and broadband services.

In order to provide for your future wireless needs, ETEX is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Verizon Wireless, allowing you to take advantage of a special promotional offer exclusively for ETEX customers located in central Texas. Details of the special offer are enclosed with this letter.

Additionally, please note the following important details:

Special offer is available from January 25 through March 11, 2013.
Offer is available at Verizon Wireless stores and participating agent locations.
To ensure that you experience uninterrupted continued use of your current phone number, it is highly recommended you switch to another service provider between January 25 and March 11, 2013.  For Customers with 903-256-XXXX numbers switching to Verizon Wireless, you can keep your current number by switching between March 4 and March 11, 2013.
In addition to special pricing on certain devices, please note Verizon will waive the Activation Fee for switching service (up to $35 value!).
ETEX will not charge an early termination fee on remaining contract agreements.
ETEX will be turning off the wireless network on March 11, 2013. You must switch to another wireless carrier before that date to avoid any interruption in service.
Switching to Verizon is not mandatory, however, ETEX recommends Verizon as the best choice for our customers.
