Cooperative Membership Means Ownership

At Etex Telephone Cooperative, we are more than just a company. As a Cooperative, we operate on a non-profit basis, and this means we share growth and success with our members. Our members are more than just customers; in fact, members are investors and co-owners of the cooperative.

In order to become a member of Etex you must have telephone service from Etex. We require a membership application to be completed in our Gilmer or Ore City office. Every member is required to pay a $10.00 Cooperative membership fee. A deposit may be required for new customers.
